Perfect starting position for various hikes in the mountain area of Tux. Please feel free to ask the host family for further information. 5 minutes walk to the Eggalm gondola station.

Downhill skiing route right back to Bergkristall from the skiing areas Eggalm/Rastkogel (Ski Zillertal 3000), cross-country tracks, toboggan runs, ice skating rink, practise lift, meeting point for the ski school right next to our pension.

Several restaurants within 100 meters walking distance, as well as the bus stop for the Tux Sportbus (operating in the whole of the Tux Valley free of charge), in winter it departs frequently every 15 minutes, and the Tux night bus operates till 2.20 am.
The Tux glacier (Hintertux glacier) is 6 km away.
